In the light of technological developments, the concept of digital money has entered our daily life very quickly and has begun to affect our life from the financial world to the art world, from investment tools to holiday plans. Along with the digital currency, IPSX will become a framework and market for new applications requiring IP in some areas such as data mining software, vpn providers, internet browsing robots, micro-tasks. IP exchange is a telecommunications interconnection model for the exchange of IP-based Internet traffic between customers of different mobile and stabilizing entities, as well as for exchanges of other service provider classes, such as ISPs, with an IP-based Network interface. The intent of IPSX here is not to revolutionize the internet or to enter the internet. It aims to offer an alternative option for service providers only. The main purpose of IPSX is; to demonstrate the interoperability of IP-based services within all service provider groups, and to ensure that all parties receive a profitable return on a commercial basis. In this context, commercial relationships are backed by service level agreements that guarantee high performance, superior quality and maximum security.

IPSX is the first truly centralized IP Share market to create a global market for IPs. Existing IPs in the IPSX sharing platform have been combined with flexible tools (SDKs and APIs) to help entrepreneurs and developers to develop new applications in a secure and transparent environment.

IPs are necessary for the industry's pioneers in the mining process to do their jobs. In order to lower the price of IPs significantly and to solve the accessibility problems of IPs, IPSX aims to be a very important framework for all necessary areas, namely ecosystem. As an end user, you can install apps on your device and share your device’s IPs within seconds on the IP Sharing platform or hire an existing IP from the IPSX platform. As a data center, you can share a wide range of unused IPs on the IPSX platform. The IPSX system will be structured on three main layers: blockchain layer, front layer and VPN connection layer. Each of these layers will be explained in a very detailed level on the document design.


In fact, IPSX has an extremely easy operating principle. You can first install your application and share your device's IP on the IP Sharing Exchange platform within a very short period of time, or you can lease your current IP from the IPSX platform. As a data center, you can also share all IPs that are not used in the IPSX platform.

To secure your device's IP address or real-time FIAT exchangeable IPSX tokens securely, you can share all unused IPs as a DataCenter. In this way, all your connections will be safely stored in the block chain.

4.-  Advanced Integration
SDK and API integration: As a VPN supplicant, you can include the system SDK you use to allow your members to choose from millions of IPs around the world.
